MSB must either make the announcement BEFORE trading starts on Monday or apply for a further trading halt.
The ASX rules state that the halt can only apply for Trading Halt up to commencement of trading on the second day following the day it is requested.
Mesoblast were quite deliberate in their wording to say they would make an announcement ON Monday 5th October. If this is correct, it will need to come pre-trading on Monday
