giving me the run around

I called BNB today and questioned them in regards to the trigger event. I questioned why nothing was released and I got no answer, I asked what do i have to do to claim after a trigger event, and suprise, no answer. They kept saying we will investigate and get back to me. I said that i only have 15days to claim once a trigger event occurs, so whats the bet they get back to me on day 14.
The guy had absolutley no idea, he acted like the things i was asking him was news that had just surfaced. what a bunch of incompetant morons at BNB.
After that conversation. How does this world allow idiots to run a company, suppose its the same as the bush admin in the states. Full of crap!!!!!
