    It's a tough market to pick at the moment.

    Armstrong's April 21/22 looks likely to be a low IMO.

    With all the negative sentiment around, it would not surprise me to see the market put in a short rally starting this week.

    Maybe a test of XJO3800 later this month, Feb 26th could be the date.
