this report in Bloomberg is done by Morgan Stanley and they got CSL wrong for years now , I remember when CSL used to trade below $ 100 MS had sell recommendation and they done the same they used the media to push the share price lower and when the report came share price recovered more than 10 % in one day .
I never trust in free recommendation in Media from any brokers because most of the the time they manipulate the market .
