Question - if Boart announce a cap raising would reaction SP be positive or negative? In the current climate I suspect it would be positive as sentiment would perhaps turn to confidence and override the dilution effect. Also, if IOOF are IOOF are controlling the buy/sell spread and trading a significant proportion of shares being traded, this would also minimise negative immpact.

Anyone got a view? If its just about ensuring the company gets through the current period (if mining activity isnt starting to increase BLY's sales), then a cap raising would make good sense I think.
