I'm someone who thinks the capital raising will be earlier than expected, and in the worst case would have to be done around the current level.

As we've seen recently they're starting to hire and will be mobilising contracts during the year as per the project schedule.

Of course it'd be great if they can raise in 9 months and the share price is magically much higher but I'm expecting the worst and hope to be pleasantly surprised.
