as said, Europe health system and funding totally different. very easy to get approval and hard to market because no one uses expensive treatment. European license basically means no money. thanks for reading hard enough to worry about the spelling on my phone though.
and the US , like it or not, is the only market that matters to msb for multiple reasons u will get to learn if some reading is done
