"Crowd Media Holdings Limited ACN 083 160 909 (Company) advises that on 1 October 2020, the
Company issued a further 430,535 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) and 7,500,000 unlisted
options (Options) to Perpetual Capital Investments Pty Ltd, in lieu of commission and facilitation
payments"

If memory serves me correct i remember reading here that Perpetual (Starland Management) was who brought the European consortium to CM8, so reading between the lines if they are now receiving commission and facilitation fees a year later one would assume that some of the deals that were brought to Crowd must be performing above expectations to justify these extra payments.
