As a thought experiment, try and imagine how different Telstra would be of Teoh was running it.
There are stories about him turning lights off at head office as moves from room to room, of him putting on morno's at the AGM comprised of a big tin of international roast and and urn for shareholders to help themselves to.
I just dont get any impression at all of Telstra trying to manage costs, they are highest cost provider in the industry and survive on their legacy reputation which is very slowly being eroded.
