I am dissapointed that I never recieved your response to shareholders as you promised below.
Could you please do so, and could you please provide to me as soon as possible minutes of creditors meeting for CMR on 10th Feb. 2009.

I have had someoneone owe me money in the butcher shop, where FH, were the appointed Administrator.I got nothing back, and I despised the way FH, could not care less about the creditors who were owed money. and they were terrible in their timeframes, and ALWAYS covered their own backs in everything they did with precision.

I'd like to say that in administration, that their is only ever 3 winners in this. Everyone else will get zip.

1) the Administrators - they never lose
2) The Accountant for the company in administration. - they keep their Job, not only hiding, where the money went, but in providing the administrators all the irrelevant BS and any information that actually hides any truth. I.E the real story will never get out.
3) The person who actually appointed FH as administrator. You will find that they are probably a big player, but mabee a silent one in the whole charade.
Would like to get that name. I.e. the person who actually made the phone call to Ferrier Hodson, and said, look put CMR into administration. You will find that this person is as much behind the charade as the rest of them.
