Moanda is boosting output at a time the market is in oversupply, stocks at Chinese ports are high and storage capacity is starting to run out, and no one besides the Chinese seems to be investing heavily into infrastructure. We have an oversupplied market with high stocks and uncertain demand. Forget about EV batteries, the amount of manganese there is insignificant compared to the demand coming from stee"
