I'm inclined to hold. While I have no idea how this will play out ,there are still two major shareholders not one so if one wants the other's shares then I feel it would be at a higher price. I am also aware that there are probably reasons to sell at a substantial loss and move on if other holders are able to articulate why that would be better. So far no one has done so
