I’m referring to the cap raise process (not company performance) by sucking in uneducated investors that don’t have a clue. How many companies disclose a cap raise one week before and then build FOMO hype across every pub in Australia in order to get buy in with a tactical complex CR process. Management are very smart and company will do well in future but SP is currently overpriced with all the likely risks ahead.
