    Has anyone noticed the unusual activity in IZZ shares whereby a buyer/seller (I am sure it is the same person) has a buy order for 501 IZZ and a sell order for 1002 IZZ shares and is constantly varying the price by about 4 cents at a time and the difference between the buy/sell is always 25c, but no transactions take place? What could this achieve?
