Conspiracy theories require evidence to prove. There's no conspiracy about Novartis, a multibillion multinational Pharma, funding an expert law firm to throw the book at the FDA on the public record. Reminding them that anything the FDA set as precedents in MSB's BLA will no doubt be used by them and other big Pharma for any future BLA's. Probably scared the crap out of the autocrat responsible for final sign off. Need an FDA director with bigger kahunas who cares more about innocent kids than protecting the pharma mafia racket. That may be part of the hope with the Type A application.
