hahahaha they don’t need to provide and update because they missed the deadline. Expecting to hit a deadline and missing it is part of any company. I don’t know who you work for but companies regularly miss deadlines heck by months even. Pointerra can’t force Accenture to make a deal. In the end Accenture (PG&E) don’t have to give a crap about the share price they’re restructuring a multi billion dollar company. 3DP are probably bound by NDA’s, etc.
