Didn't AOE declare their bid "unconditional"??? That means they are prepared to buy PES shares even if they don't gain control (to get control they have to achieve 90% and then its compulsory acquisition).
Anyway .... AOE will come out well no matter what happens. My question is ... why is BG with the size of its ambitions and the size of its wallet trying so hard with PES .. a company that was 40 cents only 18 months ago and only certified its first reserves in November ... that's right 3 months ago? Why not move on AOE ... the largest independent left with the most CSG acreage in QLD?????
