Agree , we will have a better chance at 60% but 45% is not by any means unlikely given the available data.
I would be a lot happier going to that meeting with the COVID ARDS results and probably well worth waiting a week to be sure that the monitors have done their job.
Accelerated approval would also be OK however it would come with strings attached that could in the event that remestemcell didn't work that well on adults with GVHD leave the kids with no options.
