What do folks think about this article. What does this mean for the likes of RFTs SP? There is obviously a lot to unpack; jobs, market resilience, investment in local industry, move towards high tech mfg (EV, cloud etc.)
I have two perspectives 1) Positive outlook, sector is supported, market confidence, products roll out through Tritium due to moves to EV. 2) Negative outlook, world is far more inward looking/protectionist, and therefore limited export market (than 'before') i.e. stunted demand (although a low AUD seems to be counteracting this).
Generally speaking, I think its a hold for the time being, surely an industry that is being supported in a recessionary environment is worth holding on to?
