I’d be betting it hasn’t. The CEO bought $400k worth of shares at $0.18. I don’t think he would have done this if he knew entire contract had been factored in. I think we’ll see a movement in the price when the next tranche comes in and also when financial statements start showing profits. IMO DYOR
