This has unfortunately very quickly become a lifestyle company. Evidenced by the boards unwillingness to even entertain reduced salaries. Throughout the financial year the "Remuneration Committee" did not meet once. Ironically the committee is headed by the same people who have the highest stakes in the company. Surely it would be diligent to meet at least once on the matter, considering salaries are the primary outgoing.
On the positive, at least they weren't arrogant enough to give themselves performance shares.
I still find it believe that BB has been able to justify his $400,000 p/a salary.
