The premise of this thread title is wrong: for a ball to bounce back up, it needs to have sufficient air in it in the first place.
I kindly direct you all to the EN1 (ASX) Chart on the right - Select the 5Y option - now what that shows you is more of a ball (with or without air) rolling downhill from 25 cents to 0.5 cents, over the space of 3.5 years. No bouncing that I see, (apart from March 2018 - May 2018, and February 2019 - April 2019), and definitely no upwards trajectory.
