Agreed. Most govt departments are in disarray at the moment trying to deal with the various COVID-19 issues, and without the May budget would have been on strict spending and procurement guidelines.

I think now that the budget has been released and shows significant money expenditure across various departments, that this will no doubt be good tailwinds for the launch of CardHero. No doubt they have planned the launch of CardHero with this mind, and with various commercial deals to be announced this quarter, expect them to perhaps be bigger than previously understood.
