Yes, the Miggster is about to take centre stage.
Regarding the MTN progress, I think it's a very solid start, 25,000 new subscribers is pretty good in just a few short weeks; it's difficult to live up to punters' wild dreams but for those of a more conservative nature the result is in line with expectations. I expected 25/30,000, less would have been a disappointment, but that didn't happen.
Looking ahead it'll be more of the same, as JRPC has said, once it's established it will be easier to gain new subscribers, from word of mouth, through to the attraction of joining in the group entertainment/competitive aspect of something that's already operating successfully, i.e. new entrants won't feel like pioneers. There's massive of room for further growth, current subscribers represent only 0.1% (just under) of the MTN user base, and that's just in SA, I hope we'll see early expansion into other countries in the MTN stable.
But back to Miggster, the biggest plus about that deal is that the MLM community will have a product in Miggster that is unique for them, so far as I know, it's not a cleaning product, or a hoiusehold item, or any of the other physical things they usually handle, it's pure entertainment and anyone can play, plus they can each earn a little something for every sale they make. I'm confident their 100,000 subscribers will be achieved in the timeframe.
The story is just beginning, IMO.
