Your assumptions are probably correct and i think most here would want to half their cgt by at least holding for a year. I got in a bit late so a delayed mre suits me just fine, i would like to think though i can hold for much longer than a year.
last time i checked i think management is around 44 to 48 percent ownership cant remember the exact percentage. Check out the top20 also in the latest presentation
