That post is a very good summary of what transcribed.
I for one do not fault management.... they would have realised the bondholders were having doubts in December hence the announcements but there was nothing concrete to suggest the bondholders were going to pull out so they could hardly put an announcment out about it.
They should seriously have a close look at their legal standing, which I am sure they are doing.
