you gave a figure of 5.46% but later said you didn't include the bank bridge loan of $664M.
so wouldn't it be ((664M X 4.45%)+187M)/(3.42B+187M)=6% ?
You also mentioned that the highlighted rows of properties sold sholud be subtracted from total debt figure.
But weren't the properties sold for less than book value, which would mean that there might still be some of that debt still remaining?
Sorry if i don't make any sense
But thankyou for the updated spreadsheet, feel as though i understand the structure it a bit better now.
