The recovery % means they need a bigger resource for the same annual production.
However - the key point is on a gross margin basis they should be able to produce each ounce for lower cost than "high grade" mines. That's the thing the market is missing.
My opinion of the activity here is grade-chasers, short term and swing traders not understanding the significance of the bigger picture.
