Say Tony is X,
what make sense is X is CEO of company Y, and X hold millions of shares of Y and intend to buy more.

(commonsense tells us X should make more efforts to Y's development to get his return.)

Y has good cash reserve without debt.

Y would have some positive results to be issued during next 2 month which can affect its SP 20% plus.

Y's SP moved up from 18c--22c--17c--26c--20c---32c--25c--27.5c
So if you are a good trader, you made 200% profit already.

Now it seems the 25c support is quite strong, if so you can try a bid at 24c-25.5c(target is 28c). I just wait until it drop down to 18c, or after it breaks 33c and back to 30c, I will also put a bid at 30c.
