Hi nttg, sorry about the delayed response. Yep, Im a renter. Nope, Im not hoping & praying house prices will collapse. Prayers are not required. I agree, when house prices fall ('collapse' is such an emotive word, dont you think?) you should buy. I will be buying along with you.
I know nttg, inflation does help out those with debt to service. And deflation destroys those with debt to service. In my opinion we're going to get both, that is, stagflation.
