    Hi Greedy ghecko Lower tax rates are the only way to stimulate the economy. When the government collects it the costs are about 10 percent then to hand it back about another 20 percent Why waste 30 percent just leave it with the Tax payer and let him disperse it as he pleases He is the one who has Earned It Cheers Towie
