Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-18

Hi people.. A bit of advice please. I've been considering entering the REE boom due to FOMO. I was considering ARR yesterday and missed it. Been chasing it all day. I did my research and came across PEK. I would like an unbiased opinion please. So after this little bit if research i did, i realised they both have similar market caps now, but isn't PEK in a much better and more advanced position than ARR? Am I missing something? ARR pretty much has nothing yet apart from some land with low percentage chance of producing and a LONG way away. Your thoughts would be very much appreciated
