Economic studies are underway as in they are doing the background work on metallurgy, processing (including ore sorting & heap leaching) and so on. Drill core from completed / underway drilling will be used for ore sorting and metallurgy studies.
The immediate thing is for them to do the infill drilling for moving some of the deposit to indicated resource.
Current expectation is Indicated resource in 2021, PEA in 2021.
With the amount of drilling they are planning I think we can be confident they will increase the resource.
Here's the way I see it ... they know the IP survey shows them where the gold is.
