I concede that I hastily pieced together that post and therefore it may be hard to understand. Though it seems you would rather pick at my poor grammar than the point that I am making.
So to clarify, Neil is trying to equate the use of AGMPL as the adminstrative services company of CGB to that of a golabal corporation that also uses a marketing/administrative company. However, where these two circumstances differ greatly is that the marketing/administrative company of a global corporation is usually a wholly owned subsidiary of the head company. Therefore any mark up applied to the costs borne by that administrative company when charging other companies in the group does not dilute shareholder value. Whereas with AGMPL, any such markup potentially dilutes shareholder value as the mark up is potentially in excess of what CGB would have to pay to acquire those services/goods directly. The two circumstances are not comparable.
