Just remember that the thousands of qualified travel agents that have been thrown under the bus, not allowed to voluntary be made redundant, had to re apply for a job that doesn’t exist, are now ready to be employed by another travel agency out there.
If you think they will make it in the online world they are so far behind in technology, no IT direction on the board, that it will be a lot of investment to bring it to market. The retirees will be looking for some trust worthy store to head with their money and they have been burnt with refunds. I’m guessing someone with a few dollars could easily take this market from them now
