Yes, it does, so fair point - and the quality is excellent. Come to think of it, I have enjoyed some lovely seafood meals up there. Philippines pre-pandemic was receiving more Australian visitors every year. Filipinos have excellent culinary skills - one only has to see the number who work behind the scenes in restaurants here (or did pre-COVID-19) - and its fishermen are also very competent (as our the boat captains who take travellers to outlying islands).
