Yeah I believe the bid was made off market to accomodate a party to take a position instead of having to go to market and buy the shares as it is fairly illiquid! That did trigger a sell off but his buy back on market shows all is good imo and people should not worry as he's still the largest shareholder with over 7% of shares on issue as well as many options available! Imo
