Im aware that the FDA don't deal with ASX at all. As this is considered a price sensitive announcement, these details need to be announced through ASX first. As i said, its all in the company trading rulings laid out by ASX - MEB must give this information to ASX prior to it being public knowledge. Im simply saying expecting the FDA to put approvals on their website prior is a waste of time.
