Tomorrow - Thursday 5pm is the announced deadline for BOD applications.
I anticipate that EVS may identify the applicants shortly thereafter - especially if Mr ZZ is not an applicant. If so there may be a ‘relief’ rally in the SP.
I also anticipate, given the ‘dramas’ over at PET, that should Mr ZZ apply for re-election that many shareholders may vote against his reappointment on the BOD.
Apart from the aforementioned possibility, it is unclear what impact/s may result from Mr ZZ’s departure from the EVS BOD. It is possible that any such impact/s could be negative as well as positive. Obviously, it is also unclear what might be his intentions regarding his current EVS holdings which others have suggested amount to approx 25million - most (if not all) were apparently acquired at approx 8cps.
