I have found Advanced OK for my SMSF transactions however whether Advanced or another share registry is a decision by the BODs. I haven't received a call from them regarding CR which they were contracted to do. I am not advocating Advanced but whilst they are ICG's share registry and so have to use them. Good luck with your dealings with LW.
