Only hold BBI, but just wanted to say Enumerate and swap, keep up the good work, very informative posts which help everyone, as did melua and jonkey on BBI.
It appears to me as though the satellites are trying to buy out the management contracts (see announcements from BBI, BJT, BBW and so on) rather than waiting for the possible termination through BNB/BBIPL going into administration.
They have alot to bargain with, the management fees are very small (if any) without asset purchases, the direct opposite of what the satellites are attempting to do.
And then there's the potential for termination, it might be in the best interests of both parties to settle on a very modest fee and avoid the time and cost of all the possible legal proceedings.
