Hi,
IMO, it is positive in the sense that it showcases that management is being proactive by trying to capitalize on the mullock heaps to generate some near-term cash flow which will hopefully assist in mitigating the number of CR's & thus dilution in the future. The announcement also provide us with a timeframe for the plant upgrade - 6 months.
However, as Woodpekker has indicated, I don't why the quantity and the g/tonne of the heaps has dropped when compared to previous announcements. Perhaps it was non-JORC compliant estimates..?
