I don't think WDC will hit your target of 10.25-10.30 because the instos bought the placement at $10.50. If they sell below this price they make a loss. I think the natural tendency for the stock is to gravitate up to $ 11 which explains even though the instos are dumping, the longer term players are lapping them up. So temporarily at least, 10.50 is support.
