BWN is tightly held and apart from an occasional sprinkle I can't see anyone selling - everyone is holding on for the coal. Wouldn't take much volume to get it back up to the highs, but just need to reach a resolve on the current issues. I'm sure they're all being worked on and shouldn't be too long now before we hear something. One step at a time folks
