Look, that may all be true... but it's the internet - you need to consider that those glass door reviews may be fake, or at least embellished - by disgruntled employees or perhaps even people who are not, never have been, employees.
If this dodgy stuff was really going on, I'd expect there to be a few reports to the Fair Work Ombudsman. Those glassdoor reviews can't be taken as gospel - but it might be a starting point - why don't you see if an investigative journalist wants to look into it and uncover something. More research needs to be done - multiple sources, and some with a name to it - needs to be found before such claims can be taken seriously.
