operatorship

Good Afternoon fellow shareholders,

I was wondering if someone could actually spell out what operatorship involves in regard to Senegal? What responsibilities it entails, etc. Has FAR had any previous operatorship experience in the past? (that's one for all the long term holders). Is operatorship something that is likely to be handed over to a farm-in partner as they will most likely be handed the biggest slice of the JV and have more experience? For those who have ever met or dealt with FAR management do you feel that they have to moxie to pull this off? In all honesty this is a company that really is a stranger to significant success.... will management know how to handle it?
