I would love to hear everyones thoughts on future property prices, say in the next 2 years. I personally believe we are headed for at least another 20-30% correction across the country on all sectors, our property is simply too overpriced for the long term sustainability of new home buyers, wages,etc. Look at global house prices, WE ARE EXPENSIVE!
I believe that if you have sold up all property in the last 6months and wait 2 years you will be much better off.
Thats my theory, but id love everyones thoughts on this.
