Looks as though some investors have been doing their homework. What is interesting is that there has been zero news coming from Frank and co for many months now and no publicity and yet investors have been doing their sums and coming to the same conclusion as we have, that Carrick is a very hot buy at these prices.
The buy column is about even with the sell column now and there appears to be little distress selling. I wonder, as those few selling have their shares mopped up gradually, whether others will take their place or whether shareholders will wait for the next announcement. That's the thing about CRK, the shares can move exceedingly rapidly on quite small volumes.
It's a bit like waiting for the next shoe to drop!
Every day that passes means more news waiting to be given to shareholders.
We haven't had any drill result for a long time and that's quite apart from all the work that has been done over the past few months converting resources to reserves. None of that information has been given to shareholders.
It really makes one wonder what Frank is up to. He sprang that surprise with the CNK merger. What's the next big surprise? The very fact that he doesn't see the need to keep us happy withy announcements and road shows means that he is confident in what he is doing. One thing we do know, is what is good for Frank is good for us!
In the meantime canny investors are snapping up hundreds of thousands of shares at rock bottom prices. They're the clever ones and good luck to them!
I have my fair share of the company.
