Jennie. I dont think anyone can answer you with conviction oen way or the other. Just dont know. One has to follow the indicators to get a sense and then make a punt. Some beleive we are at the bottom some dont. As for IPL, I think it is a good stock but it depends on your time frame. ! month from now who knwos could go lower, 1 year from now ? I would tend to beleive she will be higher
