1) American made goods manufacturing - Lonza, our partner, has already got manufacturing facilities in the US. If enough volume needed - they can use them/add onto them - that would = American made. You know those about those facilities. They're the ones they're using in their partnership with Moderna. Moderna that one making the vaccine the American government has backed so far, to the tune of $2.5B. So the American government seems quite comfortable with Lonza.
2) American made - tech and people - let's look at the lineage of the product and people - you've got American tech (Osiris) then backed by American People (our chair Joseph Swedish ex CEO of America's Heath Insurance Plans (AHIP) and Anthem its largest insurer and our CMO Fred Grossman - who is the face of Mesoblast in America right now along with our VP who presented at the Stemcells conference with a CEO (Itescu) who came across the tech while he was training and then working in America (Columbia).
3) Cash burn - nope they're good for over a year from the Bell Potter report with several very, very large catalysts just what - 4 weeks away? and milestone payments, royalties and debt facilities all in place.
And if you look at the coverage on Mesoblast in the US, from the Wall St Journal to interviews such as the below - the American media are across Mesoblast, and they've been pretty damn positive, about all the tech.
